Donna Anderson has an M.S. in Art Education from the Univeristy of Tennessee where she studied printmaking with Byron McKeeby. Her undergraduate work was done at Middle Tennessee State University with printmaker Larry Brooks. As an art teacher in Knox County Schools for 34 years, she covers all types of printmaking in her classes. She has won numerous awards including Knox County Teacher of the Year for 1997, Tennessee Art Educator of the Year for 2003, and National Secondary Art Educator for 2008. She has traveled to Japan as a Fulbright Memorial Teacher Scholar and as a Fulbright Scholar to Egypt and Israel. She is still teaching and lives in Knoxville, Tennessee.
