International Orders require a freight quote.
Q: What is our rush policy? A: Rush requests will be charged $15.00 minimum or 15% of the total order to accommodate the turn-around time. Additional charges may apply for overnight requests.
Q: What is our turn-around time? A: Our standard turn-around time is 7–10 business days.
Q: How will my order be shipped? A: We use UPS and FedEx. This allows us tracking capabilities.
Q: What is our Return Policy? A: You have 30 days from receipt of an order to examine and return any purchased materials. Materials must be in re-saleable condition not stamped or otherwise
Shrink-wrapped items must be returned unopened to receive credit unless product is defective.
All returns require prior authorization from Customer Service.
Bookstore and dealer returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Q: How can I place an order?
For my school? A: School orders will be accepted on an official school purchase order via fax or mail. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via Web, phone,
mail, or fax.
For myself? A: Individual orders may be placed by Web, phone, mail, or fax using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. We also accept payment by check through the
mail. Orders must be pre-paid, including shipping costs and applicable taxes based on the “ship-to” address. See
Q: May I receive a sample book? A: We do sample our core curriculum materials to customers reviewing textbooks for potential adoption. Please call in to the main office, or contact
your Davis Sales Representative to request a sample. We do not sample
resource books, slides, or ancillary materials outside of large adoptions that list it as a state requirement.
Q: May I receive a desk copy? A: We do send desk copies to college professors reviewing our books for use in their courses. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. These
requests are required to be made in writing on college letterhead. They should include class title, potential enrollment, and a brief description of the
course. They can be mailed or faxed.
