1. Sign the Licensing Agreement
The Digital Use Agreement is a perpetual license between your school/institution and Davis Art Images. It will provide your school/institution with the freedom to build and
maintain a digital image archive without recurring fees.
What to know before you sign:
The agreement must be assigned to a single school, college campus, museum, or library—the sole location at which the licensed images will be used. Please contact Davis at das@davisart.com or 800.533.2847 ext 252 for school district, multicampus, or consortium ordering information.
By signing the agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of use, which state that images will only be used for educational purposes via classroom projection and closed
network study by enrolled students and faculty.
The agreement only needs to be signed once per school/institution. If you would like to know if your school/institution has signed an agreement, please contact us at
das@davisart.com or (800) 533-2847, ext. 252.
Additional purchasers will need to be approved by the school/institution. Please use our “institutional wish list” feature to request images you would like
your school’s/institution’s authorized purchaser to license.

2. Create an Account
Register to start ordering digital images online. With an account, you can also view additional image information, create wish lists, and view your order history. Once
your Licensing Agreement is received, Davis Art Images will confirm your account so you can start ordering. If your school has already signed an agreement, Davis Art Images
will confirm multiple accounts for users at your school.
3. Search for Images
Use our Advanced Search to find images by artist name, title, art
form, style, and more.
4. Browse Sets
Davis Art Images offers a variety of digital image sets organized by teaching level and theme. Either purchase the entire set or individual images within the set.
K–12 Educators: Many of our digital image sets come with teaching support. The entire set must be ordered to receive the teaching support.
Online: Click on the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right to submit your order.

Digital Image Pricing

JPEGs:
1–249 images - $6.00 per image
250+ images - $5.50 per image
TIFFs:
1–249 images - $7.00 per image
250+ images - $6.50 per image

Image Delivery
Please select whether you would like your images delivered on CD or DVD at check out. Both formats are used to store digital files. DVDs will hold larger quantities of
images than CDs. DVDs are recommended for large image orders. Please verify that you have either a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM to run the discs.
Shipping
All digital image prices include the cost of shipping for U.S. orders. Canada and other foreign orders, please contact us for insured shipping prices. Expect to receive
your images within 2–3 weeks of placing the order.
Orders are shipped to be received Monday through Friday. If Saturday delivery required, please contact us at 800-533-2847, x252.
Need it fast?
Davis Art Images can accommodate an Overnight or Second Day request for orders of 30 images or less. There is a $10 fee for Overnight and $5 fee for Second Day requests in
addition to the cost of shipping. Orders must be received prior to 2:00 pm Eastern Time. Rush orders will be shipped the following work day if received after 2:00 pm.
Sales Tax
Please add sales tax if applicable. Non-school orders from Massachusetts, please add 6.25%. Non-school orders from New York add 7–9.5%, depending on your county. In
Arizona, California, North Carolina, and Washington add 7–9%, depending on your county.
Returns
We do not accept returns. Davis will replace or refund any incorrect or damaged files.
Slide Pricing
Individual slide pricing is based on the amount of slides being ordered:
1–24 slides - $3.50 per slide
25–49 slides - $3.25 per slide
50–299 slides - $3.00 per slide
300–999 slides - $2.75 per slide
1000–4999 slides - $2.50 per slide
5000+ slides - $2.00 per slide
