If the aim of education is to develop the whole student, as Arts Supervisors we must connect our whole selves to the work we do. Engaging in practices that enrich inner life with outer experience is essential. When connection is missing, we can feel alone and isolated. There is no place where this feels truer than in arts administration.

Spend a day with colleagues across the arts during the 2024 National Art Education Association Convention. Immerse yourself in the important topics of today and focus on connecting—to your organization, your community, and yourself. Discover new support and companions to ensure you have the resources needed for your upcoming school years. Learn how building networks across organizations can help us work at the peak of our ability and pave the way for student success!
